Clancy`s Cantina in New Smyrna Beach

Very tasty food, but it would also be a great place to get peach margaritas and chips and salsa and just hang out.

Average at best lately , always remember it being better

Chips were to soggy to eat, service was slow... I brought 3 friends for their first time, i was a bit embarrassed

Salsa a little questionable. No margarita glasses. Food good.

Stopped by here for a quick drink and appetizer. Had the tip shelf nachos with ground beef. They were good. It comes with cheddar and Jack cheese. I prefer queso but this was still very good. Service was good. Server was very friendly and efficient. Will be back to try dinner sometime.

Good nachos (but use some nachos cheese) and the Monday margarita special was nice.

Food was good. Atmosphere was pleasant. They sat us outside to minimize our wait which I appreciated. Our service was just awful. We had a party of 9 on 2 separate checks. Apparently they got separated in the kitchen because half our party got their food then the other half waited 20+ minutes for their food. So obviously many orders got in between ours. There were requests that went unfulfilled. Queso came out very late and by then no one had chips to dip in it. Didnt get more chips until after the delayed meals had arrived or the requested tortillas at all making it nearly impossible to eat the dip. Most went uneaten.

I used to love this place- 4- 5 stars. I always brought my friends here. The past couple weeks has been terrible- waitress told me price on board was still in effect and then bill was a lot higher because she did not know it was just the lunch special.( She went out and reread the board so I assumed she would know the correct answer when I asked before ordering). Bar staff could not even make a good screwdriver tonight- stick with wine or beer.

Good food. Had sides. Stay away from the pina-margerita. Coconut.....

The fish wasn't fresh in the fish tacos. Super disappointing for a place by the beach. Guess it wasn't their best. Everything else was fresh and service was good . . just avoid the fish tacos.

As soon as we went inside, the fresh air and a very spacious jet welcoming place received us, this place feels like an Oasis.The margaritas have a nice flavor and we think they were in the mild side in the alcohol deparment, but we liked them. What was heavy was the amount of meat in the nachos entree we got, super generous portion! Easily could feed 2 or 3 people, great mountain of flavor.I got the Al carbón taco de asada, it was very savory and a nice portion, with rice and beans, we enjoyed our visit.Super clean facilities and the service was really good.

The margarita was to sweet couldn't even feel or taste the tequila. Salsa didn't tast good asked for pico de Gallo and it was basically all tomatoes. The service and staff were great

Food was very good! We had shrimp and beef tacos-delicious! Our server, Julie was so welcoming and friendly. She was especially helpful with our fussy toddler! The restaurant was well decorated and very clean. Overall, a delightful experience!

The food is consistently good. Our waitress was very on the ball. The food took a little longer to get there though. Other than that it was very good.

Good service, good food, management made sure we enjoyed our visit. Would definitely return!

Basic food.. not fresh and tasteful like a authentic mom n pop shop! Kinda expensive and I feel like a microwave was used on some of my food. Not really worth the money for great Mexican food! I can find it better for cheaper!!

Trying to go local but WOW! Was a 20 minute wait but you could order a margarita. Waiting 20 minutes got the margarita while others got theirs. Terrible! What a shame! Oh well...there are a lot of other local places who will appreciate the business!

Nice place. Our food was great. Plenty of space between tables and you can bring larger groups. Real kid friendly and free parking. Only so many free spaces but you can go pay to park and only be minutes away if you're walking.

This place was an amazing find today! The food, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Portions were bigger than any of us imagined! Our server Stephanie T was amazing! She never let our drinks run dry and was very accommodating the entire time! On our next girl's day, I'm sure we will be back! 🤩

Love the food and drinks, food was perfect a lot if flavor and right amount of salt, frozen margaritas , yummy, cleaned and friendly atmosphere, waitress very attentive.

Pass on by... Wrong food, poor service, and inconsistent pricing around the table. Don't waste your time and money.

The nacho plate was delicious. The sweet tea good and strong. Our waiter was new but was very attentive. Staff wearing masks..tables were distanced.

We had their card rolls for our appetizer. Tacos and chimichanga for our entrees. And frozen and on the rocks margaritas for drinks. It was all was fantastic. We ate outside under roof. Our dog was allowed. And the service was top notch

A little pricey if you get drinks, apps, & entrees, but everything was so tasty. & the service was superb.

Great location, food and drinks. Too bad none of their wait staff bothered to wear masks or practice social distancing. The bar area was full of patrons. Standing room only. Clearly a violation of state regulations. I will not be returning.

The Carnitas were AMAZING and the atmosphere was as well for a very busy Sunday.

Kara and Robby were excellent servers! We were a party of 33...yes, even though we were family, they followed the social distancing guidelines, and they both wore masks. This was important to us! As always, the food and drinks were good! Thanks to Margaret, also, who took my call ahead seating on the Monday before our visit.

Kept getting my order wrong finally after the 4th time they got it right but the food was good and my server was great I forgot her name she was a younger white lady very pretty

Looks like a good place to grab some Mexican food, but we were extremely disappointed. I ordered a pineapple quesadilla. The description said it had grilled pineapple on it, when in reality it was more like a teeny bit of pineapple salsa. My husband got a beef chimichanga, which was awful. It was just some ground beef with no seasoning to speak of inside some tasteless dough and then covered in nacho cheese sauce. He didn't even eat half of it and we didn't bother taking home any leftovers.

Friday 6/26/20 8pmTook a small group out to eat. With the covid19 fears rising during what appears to be a 2nd wave we felt comfortable. All employees wore masks. We sat outside. I had the cantina burrito, wife had card rolls, others had steak burritos, tacos and wings. All was great. Not spicy but they will tune it up if desired. Service was quick and very friendly. I noticed several water bowls out side it you bring a pet. Parking was tricky but plenty of spots behind the shuffle board courts.

Micah was amazing. Great service and great food. Beware of the scorpion sauce. It is the perfect level of evil.

When to dinner at Clancy's last Friday night with my best pals from Church the food was excellent! I love sitting at Clancy's over great food with friends in the cozy warm Christmas atmosphere. Alex waited on us and did a great job!
